Sound That Moves Culture
A music licensing SaaS platform and talent management system for a luxury influencer agency.
The Challenge
DIA is a luxury influencer agency managing culturally relevant talent across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. They identified a gap: their creators and brand partners needed access to high-quality, licensable music for content—but existing platforms were either prohibitively expensive, legally complex, or aesthetically misaligned with the luxury positioning. DIA needed a bespoke music licensing platform that matched their brand’s elevated aesthetic while being commercially viable, and a separate talent management system to streamline their growing roster of influencers and agents.
The Approach
We built two interconnected platforms. DIASOUND is a full music licensing SaaS—a curated library of 755 tracks across 20 genres, tagged by 23 mood categories and 21 content trends. The platform features Stripe-integrated subscriptions, playlist and soundpack curation, and a licensing model designed specifically for social-first content creators. The website was revamped with enhanced animations and a cohesive design language that reflects DIA’s luxury positioning. Separately, we developed an influencer management CRM for DIA’s agent team to manage talent profiles, bookings, and campaign coordination. Sound design work extended to DIA’s own productions—including the Icon Series with Tadeleye, The Ordinary’s Copenhagen Fashion Week activation, and their annual recap films.
The Results
DIASOUND launched with 755 tracks and rapidly acquired 141 registered users, converting 137 to active paid subscribers on the Creative plan (£9.99/month)—a 97% conversion rate from registration to subscription. The platform serves creators producing content for brands including The Ordinary, with sound design work for DIA’s productions reaching audiences at Copenhagen Fashion Week and across their talent network. The influencer management system consolidated DIA’s operations into a single platform, replacing fragmented spreadsheet-based workflows.
